About 29.5 percent of the 759 degrees and certificates handed out by Stratford University in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Fairfax conferred 105 bachelor's degrees and 87 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.
But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in culinary arts/chef training. Data shows the school gave out 108 associate's degrees in culinary arts/chef training, followed by 69 bachelor's degrees in restaurant/food services management and 61 associate's degrees in baking and pastry arts/baker/pastry chef.
The university enrolled 2,282 students for 2017-18, including 1,981 in undergraduate programs and 301 in graduate programs.
