Richmond, VA (January 8, 2020) – Vandeventer Black LLP attorney James B. Rixey, III, has been promoted to partner. Jay has been an associate in the Norfolk office of Vandeventer Black LLP since 2011 and has developed his practice in commercial real estate and business law.
